Do you ever touch my exchange keys or funds?+
No. Chartai is read-only on public market data. We never see, store, or use any API keys for trading.
How is 'patterns/day' counted?+
Each unique pattern detection = 1 quota unit. If a scan returns 0 patterns, no quota is deducted.
What if I exceed my quota?+
You'll see a quota_exceeded notice. Existing detections continue, new scans pause until tomorrow's reset (00:00 UTC) or you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from /app/billing. Your tier stays active until the end of the period.
